Rescue, Training & Development Center (RTDC)
RTDC trains and equips young women (ages 14-20) to become confident in their ability to provide an income for themselves and the ones they love. The 16 week course begins with basic life skills and ends with the basics of a business plan centered on learned skills. The transformation in these young ladies lives is truly a reflection of new life!
Village School Sponsorship (VSS) Program
The VSS program partners with local Nepali leaders to identify communities that would benefit from our school sponsorship program. Once identified, the program links donors in the West with children in the East to provide school supplies, uniforms, meals and some of the other necessities of everyday school life.
Chris & Insuk Roscher
Chris & InSuk Roscher focus on community development projects in central Asia. They brings hope and encouragement to rural communities that face difficult situations.
The Himalayan Leadership Conference
Held annually, the Himalayan Leadership Conference seeks to train and equip local Nepali leaders to serve their communities with purpose. Topics for the conference generally include but are not limited to public speaking, conflict resolution, project management and servant leadership.
